LeBoeuf Township Planners – Subdivision Reviews

The Planning Commission meet the first Tuesday of the Month at 6:00 p.m., as needed.

LeBoeuf Township Planners are 5 people who review subdivisions and changes to properties. They are volunteers who’s job it is to make sure changes within the township follow the Comprehensive Plan, established in 1992.

All subdivision must be submitted 1-2 weeks in advance. Please call the township in advance to be placed on the agenda.

Please note all subdivisions need Septic Approval papers from the Erie County Health Department before submitting the plans to the Planning Commission.  Erie County Health Department: Josh Skopow – 814-451-6759.

Subdivisions are reviewed by the LeBoeuf Township Planning Commission first , the LeBoeuf Township Supervisors, second – at a regularly scheduled meeting, and then they are to be taken to the Erie County Planning Commission at the Erie County Library Building for final review and approval before being recorded.
